YouTube Precision Keys is a browser extension that improves arrow-key controls on YouTube. It does not collect, sell, rent, or transmit personal data.

Data Stored by the Extension

The extension may store user settings through the browser extension storage API, such as enable status, seek step, volume step, language, and overlay preference.

Where Data Is Stored

Settings are stored locally or in Chrome sync storage, depending on the browser's extension storage behavior. The developer does not operate a server to receive this data.

Website Access

The extension runs on YouTube pages so it can detect arrow-key input and control the active YouTube video player. It does not run on unrelated websites.

Personal Information

The extension does not collect names, email addresses, account IDs, browsing history, payment information, location data, or YouTube account information.

Third Parties

The extension does not share user data with third parties.
